Client onboarding
Let's get your dealership set up.
Enter the onboarding code from your welcome email. It links your answers to your account, so the right team picks them up straight away.
Can't find your code? It is in the email titled "Welcome to AutoPlay", or ask your account manager and we will resend it.

First, who are we working with?
You will be our main contact through onboarding. We will send progress updates and any questions to these details.
We have pre-filled what we already know from your account. Check it and correct anything that has changed.
Tell us about the dealership.
This sets up your account structure: one account per rooftop, grouped if you are part of a dealer group.
Who needs an AutoPlay login?
List the team members who will work leads day to day. You can always add more later; this gets everyone provisioned before training.
Your DMS and your data.
We connect AutoPlay to your dealer management system and bring across the data you want to keep.
Where do your leads come from?
We connect every source so leads land in one place from day one. Tick everything that applies.
How does your team work leads?
This shapes lead routing, notifications and reporting before training, so day one feels familiar rather than foreign.
Training and go-live.
Last stretch. This lets us block out training and set a realistic go-live target with you.
Check it over, then send it through.
Your onboarding specialist reviews this and comes back to you within one business day with the kickoff plan.
That's everything we need.
Your onboarding specialist will review your answers and be in touch within one business day to lock in kickoff. If anything changes in the meantime, just reply to your welcome email.
