Motorweb provides vehicle history and PPSR checks. When your team starts an appraisal in AutoPlay, they can retrieve Motorweb's vehicle history check directly from within the system, without a separate browser tab or manual data entry.
The vehicle history data attaches to the appraisal record and travels with it through the workflow, from the yard, through to the manager approval step, and into the completed appraisal. This means the person approving the offer has access to the same vehicle history data the consultant started with.
For dealers appraising used vehicles regularly, having vehicle history data at the point of decision reduces risk and supports more confident offers. The integration also supports the vehicle-condition data exchange that feeds downstream into reporting and DMS export.

Contact your AutoPlay account manager
Let your account manager know you would like to activate the Motorweb integration as part of your AutoPlay Appraisal setup.

Motorweb access confirmed
Your account manager will confirm whether a Motorweb account is required and walk you through the authorisation steps to connect it to your AutoPlay system.

Vehicle history checks activated in AutoPlay
Once connected, your team can retrieve Motorweb vehicle history checks directly from the appraisal screen in AutoPlay, available from the first appraisal after activation.
