Solutions
One platform, shaped to how you sell
Every dealership works leads differently. A single franchised rooftop answers to its manufacturer's standards. A used-car yard needs speed without setup. A group needs one process across every site. An OEM needs oversight of its whole network. AutoPlay runs for all of them.
Used by 80%+ of New Zealand franchised dealerships.

Choosing the right solution
Which AutoPlay solution is right for my dealership?
AutoPlay is one platform, shaped to how each type of dealership works. A single franchised rooftop works every OEM lead to its brand's response-time standard. A used or independent dealer gets lead capture and follow-up sized and priced for a small team. A dealer group runs one process across every site with comparable data before month-end. An OEM or distributor gives its network one consistent buyer experience with each dealer's data kept separate. Pick the segment that matches your business and we will scope the right setup.
What is the difference between a dealer group and an OEM on AutoPlay?
A dealer group oversees sites it owns and operates, so it sees granular metrics across those sites and coaches them site to site. An OEM or distributor oversees legally separate dealer businesses, so it sees network analytics rolled up while each dealer's own data stays walled off. Both roll reporting up a hierarchy, but the ownership relationship and the data-privacy model are different.
Is AutoPlay only for franchised dealers?
No. AutoPlay is used by more than 80% of New Zealand franchised dealerships, but the same platform runs for used and independent dealers, for multi-site dealer groups, and for OEM and distributor lead programmes. The platform scales from a one-person used-car yard through to a group with multiple branches and manufacturer reporting requirements.
Does AutoPlay connect to the systems I already run?
