One listing, one pipeline, both directions.
The Trade Me / Autobase integration is a two-way flow. Stock you manage in AutoPlay pushes out to your Trade Me Motors listings, so price changes, sold status and new arrivals update on Trade Me without a second entry. When a buyer submits an enquiry on that listing, it comes back the other way, straight into your Lead Inbox with the vehicle and source attached.
Your sales team works Trade Me enquiries in the same pipeline as every other lead, so no one needs to log into Trade Me separately to check for messages. Follow-up automation applies to Trade Me leads exactly as it does to any other source.
Sold-status sync closes the loop: once a vehicle sells in AutoPlay, the Trade Me listing reflects it, so you are never fielding an enquiry on a car that has already gone.

How to enable this integration

Contact your AutoPlay account manager
Let your account manager know you want to activate the Trade Me / Autobase integration. They will confirm your Trade Me dealer account details.

Authorise the Autobase connection
AutoPlay connects via the Autobase gateway. Your account manager will walk through the authorisation steps with you, typically completed within a single session.

Map your listing fields
AutoPlay's onboarding team will configure which stock fields push to Trade Me and how incoming leads are mapped to your pipeline stages.

Set up your follow-up rules
Work with your account manager to configure automated follow-up actions for Trade Me leads, whether that is SMS, email, tasks, or a combination.
